With 424 homes making up the Parke West community, the Board Members of the Homeowner's Association welcome as much community participation as possible. This community belongs to all of us, if you have some suggestions about events or ways that the community can be improved, we invite you to stop by one of our meetings to share your thoughts.
Parke West is a Special Community Benefit District. Association dues are already collected via members Property Tax Bill. Description is "Parke West" and total is presently, $120.00 per year. If the county property tax is paid, so too are the HOA dues. Per the BY-LAWS that govern the Park West Homeowners Association, the main task is to manage the four Parks, other common areas in the community and to better the community.

Parke West Community Monthly HOA Meetings:
*Please consider being on the Parke West HOA Board. Right now, it is managed only by 7 households, all volunteers who need additional help in managing all the Parke West community parks and responsibilities. Please email PWHOAcontact@gmail.com to help, join volunteers for community improvements, offer suggestions, or share concerns. Not all improvements are possible but we always appreciate additional input and help.

In-Person Meeting Location: Quarterfield Elementary School (QES) at 7967 Quarterfield Rd, Severn, MD 21144 *QES is controlled access due to being a school facility so please have ID to verify being a resident of Parke West Community.

April 24th, 2025 (Projected First Treatment of the Season): All 4x Parks Mosquito Spraying- Weather Permitting
*As a reminder: All people and pets should stay out of the parks for approximately 30 minutes after Mosquito treatments. *Park maintenance is year-round and service providers need access to the parks on a regular basis for trash removal, mowing, county inspections, etc.
*Please make sure there are no obstructions (Street or sidewalk) of any Park Entrances for Quail, Bosley, Parkland & Myers.

*All 4 Parke West Community parks (Myers, Parkland, Quail & Bosley) are just a few minutes walk from each other and each has their own unique playgrounds. Consider checking them all out! (Map under documents section of site).
*Reminder to community members, no parking in front of any Park entrances. Service vehicles need access to the parks for mowing, pest spraying, park equipment installation and inspections on a regular basis. Services will be delayed or missed if service personnel can not access parks with their equipment. Parke West HOA is not responsible for towed vehicles, please contact 311 for towed vehicle status.
*Reminder no personal vehicles in the parks at any time unless authorized service personnel and no one is allowed in the parks after sunset and before sunrise per Anne Arundel County and Parke West Community policies for the safety of residents. All parks are considered closed between sunset and sunrise, anyone at the parks refusing to leave is trespassing and should be reported.
*Please stay vigilant and call 911 or 311 (non-emergency) to report any incidents.
